As part of our continuous improvement plan, we have commissioned a new SCHMID ES Infinity Line (AT) chemical etching line, designed to optimize the precision and stability of the printed circuit board manufacturing process.
This new installation uses acid etching technology with cupric chloride and incorporates an advanced vacuum system vacuum etch that improves the etch factor, reduces undercut, and delivers excellent results on fine-line features, even with high copper thicknesses. This increased precision in track geometry contributes to improved impedance control and greater process repeatability.
The line also features a fully automatic dosing system based on continuous monitoring of conductivity, Redox potential, and solution density, together with centralized digital monitoring of all process parameters. Its configurable spray system and cyclonic filtration of the etching solution ensure greater uniformity, stability, and repeatability throughout the manufacturing process.
With this new addition, we are strengthening our ability to manufacture high-technology PCBs with the levels of precision required by highly demanding sectors such as defense, aeronautics, space, electromedicine, and telecommunications.
At Lab Circuits, we remain committed to innovation and continuous improvement to deliver increasingly precise, reliable, and competitive manufacturing solutions.
